Cinnamon Raisin Buckwheat Waffles

GFCFSF Cinnamon Raisin Buckwheat Waffles

1/2 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup raisins
1 egg (or substitute)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups apple juice

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Allow batter to rest while heating waffle iron.

Use about 1/4 cup of batter per waffle and cook according to your iron's instructions.

Makes 10 waffles.
